Secure Packaging
Every product undergoes multiple quality checks to ensure we deliver the perfect jewels safely. Once the jewellery passes these checks, it is packed in plastic zip lock pouches with Brand Logo and wrapped in multiple layers of bubble wrap to ensure the safest delivery. The packaged products come in a South Temple Jewellery Box.

After the safe packaging of your ordered product, it will be shipped with one of our trusted delivery partners like Blue-dart, Delhivery, and E-com Express to ensure your jewellery is delivered securely and on time.
For any issues faced or assistance required with the delivery of your order, kindly contact our customer support. If you suspect that the package has been tampered with before delivery, you may reject it at the time of delivery.

Once your order has been shipped, we will email you the tracking details. Our aim is to deliver your products safely and promptly. Domestic orders typically take 4-7 days for delivery. Delivery times may vary depending on the location.
Shipping Charges
We offer two payment options: Cash on Delivery (COD) and Prepaid.
COD:
- COD is available only for orders valued at Rs. 499 and above.
- A COD fee of Rs. 50 is applicable for COD orders.
Prepaid:
- For prepaid orders below Rs. 499, a shipping charge of Rs. 50 ensures safe and prompt delivery.
- Orders above Rs. 499 enjoy free shipping.
