Sacred Replacement Policy

We offer One Sacred Replacement within 12 months of purchase date, subject to the mandatory conditions listed below. This is a single-time blessing - once honoured, the protection seva is complete.

Mandatory Conditions - All Must Be Fulfilled

    An unboxing video clearly showing the sealed package being opened must be provided.
  2. 02
    The original unbroken warranty / authenticity tag must be intact and attached to the ornament.
  3. 03
    A clear 360° video of the concerned ornament and with warranty card must be submitted.
  4. 04
    Request must be raised within 12 months of the original purchase date.
If any of the above conditions are not met, the replacement seva cannot be initiated. South Temple Jewellery reserves the sacred right of final verification by our Heritage Quality Council.

Outside Divine Protection

As temple art deserves mindful care, this Sankalpa does not cover:

Damage from perfume, cosmetics, or chemicals
Water immersion or moisture neglect
Mishandling, breakage, or pressure damage
Loss of stones due to impact
Alterations done outside South Temple Jewellery
Custom-crafted heritage sets
Replaced pieces - no renewed protection
Requests raised after 12 months of purchase

How to Invoke Your Protection

As South Temple Jewellery operates exclusively online, all protection requests must be initiated digitally. We do not have any offline or physical stores.

Gather Your Sacred Proofs

Collect your unboxing video, warranty card video, a 360° video of the ornament with the concern visible, and your original digital invoice - before reaching out.

Contact us through either channel with all proofs attached. Use subject line: "Ananta Raksha Request – [Your Order Number]"

Await Sacred Verification

Our Heritage Quality Council will carefully inspect your submission and respond within 3–5 working days.

Self-Ship Upon Approval

If approved, ship the ornament to our Heritage Care Desk. Share courier details and tracking number in the same thread. Shipping charges are borne by the devotee for requests beyond 30 days.
