Wrong Item Received
A different design, colour or piece arrived. Immediate full refund or free replacement — your choice.
Damaged in Transit
Arrived broken, bent or damaged. Full refund or fresh replacement dispatched within 24 hours of your photographs.
Quality Does Not Match Description
The piece does not match our listing, photographs or material specifications. Full refund — no argument, no delay.
Change of Mind — Any Reason at All
Changed your mind within 3 days of delivery — for any reason or none at all. We accept it with grace. Full refund processed.
Size or Fit Concern
Bangle, ring or kamarband does not fit. Free exchange for the right size — or full refund. Zero extra fees.
Skin Sensitivity
STJ uses 100% pure brass — hypoallergenic, never reacts with skin. But if any sensitivity occurs — immediate full refund, unconditionally.
How to Invoke Your Return
As South Temple Jewellery operates exclusively online, all return requests must be initiated digitally via WhatsApp or email.
Send "Return" + Your Order Number
WhatsApp us at +91 85915 36918 with the word "Return" and your order number. For damage or quality concerns, attach 1–2 clear photographs. That is all we need.

Our team confirms your return within 24 hours and arranges free doorstep courier pickup from your address. You pack it in any box. We collect it. You pay nothing — not even ₹1 — for return shipping.
Share Courier Tracking Details
Once the item is picked up, share the courier tracking number in the same WhatsApp thread so our team can monitor the return journey.
Full Refund Credited in 5 Business Days
Once we receive the piece, your complete refund is processed within 5 business days to your original payment method. COD orders receive bank transfer — share your UPI ID or account details in Step 01.

Outside This Protection
As our ornaments deserve mindful care, this Seva does not cover:
- ✗ Items returned after 3 days from delivery
- ✗ Items that have been worn, washed or altered in any form
- ✗ Items with missing tags, labels or original packaging
- ✗ Custom-crafted heritage sets made on specific request
- ✗ Items damaged due to perfume, water, chemicals or mishandling post-delivery
- ✗ Replaced pieces — no renewed protection period after a return is completed
